1 General

The KYC process typically requires one of the following documents:

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

5 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals can only be processed through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed in as little as 1 minute, with a maximum processing time of 24 hours.
• Withdrawals above a certain amount may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• Bonus funds are only withdrawable after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected, your withdrawal may be delayed pending investigation.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Goya9's bonus and promotion offers are exclusive perks for our players — however, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only — once per person.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (WR), typically between 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• During an active bonus, different games may contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, goya9 reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus if necessary.
• You generally cannot activate a new bonus while another bonus is already active.

7 Gaming Rules & Betting Policies

All games on goya9 operate under specific rules. The applicable rules are displayed on screen at the start of each game and are considered final.

• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, goya9 will make a decision after conducting an investigation.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is abandoned in accordance with the applicable rules, the bet will be considered void.
• Late bets placed during live betting may not be accepted.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, goya9's server logs will be considered the definitive evidence.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on goya9. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Using software bots, automation tools, or AI to play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Any attempt to manipulate or rig game outcomes.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Goya9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• For violation of these terms.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).
• By court order or government directive.
• Based on a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request.

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, we will make reasonable efforts to return it in accordance with our policies — this does not apply in cases involving bans or fraud.
